At LaRose Chocolates, we take pride in crafting fresh, artisan chocolates and confections. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any issues with your order—such as damage during shipping, receiving the wrong item, or concerns about product quality—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
