Bonbon Flavor Descriptions:

• Pomegranate Red Wine*
  A pomegranate marshmallow and reduction complimented with a red wine infused ganache encased in dark chocolate.
  
•  ❤️ Cherry Macadamia* ** 
  Cherry pate do fruit paired with a toasted macadamia nut gianduja. Encased in white chocolate.
  
•  ❤️ Hibiscus Caramel* 
  Our classic salted caramel infused with bright hibiscus encased in dark chocolate.
•  ❤️ Espresso Hazelnut* **
  Espresso caramel paired with a hazelnut gianduja encased in dark chocolate.

• Crème Brûlée*
  A vanilla custard ganache layered with a toffee crunch encased in milk chocolate.

Truffle Flavor Descriptions:

• Salted Caramel Brownie*: Salted caramel layered with chewy brownie, dipped in 36% milk chocolate.

Large Heart Bonbon Flavor Description:

  A grand Marnier infused marshmallow paired with an orange caramel and milk chocolate apricot crunch all encased in milk chocolate.
  

 Fleurello Flavor Description:

• Linzer Cookie * **
  Two shortbread cookies with frangipane and raspberry pate de fruit sandwiched with marshmallow. Encased in white chocolate.

 Chocolate Bar Flavor Description:

• Cheesecake Bars * **
  A white chocolate cheesecake ganache with a crunchy chocolate layer encased in dark chocolate.

SHELFLIFE
Our chocolates are made with the freshest ingredients available to us and made to order. Therefore, we recommend consumption within 2 weeks of arrival. We recommend storing our chocolates in refrigeration for prolonged shelf life (an extra 3 days) but allowing chocolates to come to room temperature before consumption for the best experience. Store within a cool dry place.

ALLERGEN WARNING
We function out of a celiac household and wheat products are not allowed on site. Our products are made in a facility that contains nuts in controlled spaces. We take allergies very seriously and have equipment set aside to avoid nuts. Please notify us of any allergens when ordering and we will take every precaution.
